How are prices calculated?
Gold metal value follows the latest published IBJA 999 benchmark; silver uses catalogue pricing. Every product shows metal value, making charges and GST separately. Prices are held for 20 minutes when an order is saved; after that a fresh quote is required.
Can I place an online order now?
Yes. Add products to your cart, enter delivery details, review the saved server-calculated order and select Proceed to Pay. A saved unpaid order is not a confirmed payment. Actual payment availability depends on the merchant gateway configuration.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is ₹150 for orders below ₹10,000 and complimentary for orders of ₹10,000 or more, to serviceable Indian PIN codes. The product total includes product GST and is calculated after discounts.
When will my purchase arrive?
Confirmed in-stock purchases normally dispatch in 2–3 business days. Transit normally takes another 3–7 business days. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I cancel or return a bullion purchase?
You can request cancellation before dispatch without a cancellation fee. Change-of-mind returns after dispatch are not offered for bullion. Damaged, wrong, defective or misdescribed products are covered by our remedies and applicable consumer rights. Read the refund policy.
